All my single ladies, all my single ladies! oh, oh, oh!
Just had that in my head after a ruckus game of volleyball this afternoon. My team: Jsher, Jenny, and moi took on Austin, Dlautz, Brittney, and Melissa and creamed them. Woo, woo. There were ups and downs of course. I think we played about 6 games with players coming and going. I feel a bit burnt. But what a glorious day weather wise!
Sadly, I never blog anymore. It's not that I don't have things to share but just no time -- really, really -- no time to share them. When I do have a smidgen of time to myself the last thing that pops into my head is, "Oh, I'd love to blog." No, rather, it's, "Do I want to eat, sleep, or stare at a blank wall (because I have time for only one)?"
So what's happen'? Well, I am learning and bounding and my heart is three times bigger than it was in September, just like the Grinch's. This year has transformed my BEING. I highly recommend Fellows programs (and there are many in the States with more each year!). I adore the Fellows and Jesus and Charlottesville, which is why I am planning on staying next year. 'Shley and I have been house shopping and we think we've found the ideal place for us to rent...so hopefully it works out.
But, in joyous news, I am coming home this weekend for the first time since Christmas! Understand that I am very sad to miss the Fellows trip with the Youth group but that I am psyched to see my lovely, caring, heart-singing family. Yes'um, I am going to hug everyone, raid the fridge, hug everyone again, and then sleep in my own bed.
Shalom.
